• History: Starting with 10 themed gardens, the Garden of Morning Calm was established on May 11, 1996. The name Morning Calm originates from the famous Indian poet Tagore’s praise of Joseon as ‘the country of the morning calm.’
• The Garden of Morning Calm holds flower festivals from spring to fall. In winter, they install splendid five-colored lights in the garden. The harmony of lights and gardens has established itself as an emotional and beautiful winter light festival. Many couples visit the place to enjoy the light festival in winter.
